At Red Hot Consulting real results are achieved by using a specialist consultant who is devoted to working on your business. Enabling you as owner/director/manager to also work on the business rather than just in it!

Working together is a two-way street and successful outcomes are only obtained from successful relationships. Many successful entrepreneurs will tell you to "only work with people you like" talking frankly about your business requires a level of trust and an openness and honesty based on competency and mutual respect.

Deciding whether we can , or indeed should, work together is best achieved through a relaxed yet business-like discussion normally lasting 2- 3 hours - for which there is no charge. This gives enough time to establish some rapport and start to look at the big picture.

Following on from that initial meeting, if a working partnership looks possible, Red Hot Consulting would usually send you an outline proposal on a way forward – which will definitely not be a list of "products an services……" if it were that simple we would all be buying business development solutions "off the shelf".

More usually a Red Hot Consulting proposal will include areas for further exploration, a timescale with possible outcomes and milestones and an all inclusive fee.
